About IENET 2025

近数十年来,全球科技革新与能源转型步伐不断加快,智能电气技术与新能源开发的深度融合已成为推动绿色低碳发展的核心驱动力。在此背景下,为进一步凝聚学术共识、促进产业协同,首届智能电气与新能源技术国际会议(IENET 2025)将于2025年12月20日至21日在九省通衢、科创沃土——中国·武汉盛大启幕。作为该领域具有国际影响力的学术盛会,本次会议将聚焦“智能电气-新能源技术”两大前沿方向,深度探讨智能感知与控制、高效储能技术、氢能综合利用、电力电子装备、能源互联网架构等关键议题。会议致力于搭建“产学研用”协同创新平台,汇聚全球顶尖学者、行业领袖、技术先锋与创新企业,通过主题报告、专题论坛、技术展览、项目对接等形式,推动跨学科交叉融合与产学研深度耦合,助力实现“双碳”目标下的能源技术革命与产业生态重构。

随着全球“双碳”目标深入推进,智能电气与新能源技术已成为引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的关键力量。从实验室的“技术成果”到市场的“产业应用”,其间存在着巨大的“转化鸿沟”。本届国际会议特设 “成果转化专题研讨会”,旨在搭建一个汇聚顶尖科研团队、前沿技术成果、实力产业方、专业投资机构及政府政策支持的高端对话与精准对接平台。我们致力于破解转化难题,加速创新链与产业链的深度融合,让先进技术更快走向市场,创造价值。

武汉——中国中部崛起的核心引擎与国家创新型城市,作为长江经济带创新引擎与全国首批智慧城市试点,依托光电子信息、新能源与智能网联汽车等万亿级产业集群,在智能电气与新能源领域形成了"源-网-荷-储"全链条创新生态。这里不仅集聚华中科技大学强电磁工程与新技术国家重点实验室、武汉新能源研究院等21个国家级创新平台,更建成全球首个±800kV特高压混合直流输电实证平台,携手国家电网打造了能源互联网示范工程。在这座兼具科技基因与文化底蕴的江城,与会专家将深度研讨新型电力系统构建、风光储氢协同控制等关键技术,并可在长江灯光秀中感受数字孪生电网魅力,于中国建筑科技馆见证智能变电站发展历程。

Over recent decades, global technological innovation and energy transition have accelerated continuously. The deep integration of intelligent electrical technology and new energy development has become a core driving force for green and low-carbon development. Against this backdrop, to further consolidate academic consensus and promote industrial collaboration, the inaugural International Conference on Intelligent Electrification and New Energy Technologies (IENET 2025) will be grandly held in Wuhan, China—a pivotal transportation hub and fertile ground for scientific innovation—from December 20 to 21, 2025. As an internationally influential academic event in this field, the conference will focus on two cutting-edge directions: "Smart Electrical" and "New Energy Technologies." It will delve into key topics such as intelligent sensing and control, high-efficiency energy storage technologies, hydrogen energy utilization, power electronic equipment, and energy internet architecture.The conference aims to establish a collaborative "Industry-Academia-Research-Application" innovation platform, gathering global top scholars, industry leaders, technological pioneers, and innovative enterprises. Through keynote speeches, thematic forums, technical exhibitions, and project matchmaking activities, it will foster interdisciplinary integration and deep coupling between academia and industry, thereby advancing the energy technology revolution and industrial ecosystem restructuring under the "Dual Carbon" goals.

With the global push for "Dual Carbon" goals intensifying, intelligent electrification and new energy technologies have emerged as pivotal forces driving the new wave of scientific and industrial transformation. However, a significant "translation gap" persists between laboratory-based "technological achievements" and market-oriented "industrial applications." To address this challenge, the conference will host a dedicated "Technology Transfer Symposium," creating a high-end dialogue and precision matchmaking platform that brings together leading research teams, cutting-edge technologies, industrial stakeholders, investment institutions, and government policymakers. This initiative seeks to dismantle barriers to technology commercialization, accelerate the integration of innovation and industrial chains, and empower advanced technologies to swiftly enter markets and generate value.

Wuhan, the core engine of China's central region and a National Innovative City, serves as a strategic innovation hub along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and a pioneer in China's Smart City initiatives. Leveraging its trillion-level industrial clusters in optoelectronic information, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles, Wuhan has cultivated a comprehensive "Generation-Grid-Load-Storage" innovation ecosystem in intelligent electrification and new energy. The city hosts 21 national-level innovation platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Electromagnetic Engineering and Technology (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) and the Wuhan New Energy Research Institute. Notably, it has constructed the world's first ±800kV UHV hybrid HVDC transmission demonstration platform and partnered with State Grid to develop energy internet pilot projects.In this city—steeped in technological prowess and cultural heritage—experts will engage in in-depth discussions on critical technologies such as the construction of new power systems and coordinated control of wind-solar-storage-hydrogen integration. Attendees will also experience the charm of digital twin power grids during the Yangtze River Light Show and explore the evolution of smart substations at the China Architecture Science and Technology Museum.

所有的投稿都必须经过1-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 IEEE 出版,出版后将提交IEEE Xplore,EI Compendex和Scopus检索。

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 1 to 3 Technical Program Committee members. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

  • EI会议论文不得少于4页。 (下载论文模板)
  • EI conference papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template)
  • 每篇录用的论文可享受一名免费参会(口头报告或海报展示)的名额。
  • Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
  • 付款后因个人原因撤稿,将收取服务费(版面费的30%)。
  • A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
  • 论文应具有学术或实用价值,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过,作者可通过CrossCheck、Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重。
  • Papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published previously. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
  • 论文需满足EI检索基本稿件要求,在论文表述上务必侧重于模型,数据,实验,数据分析等,出版社对论文录用具有最终决定权。
  • Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with a focus on models, data, experiments, and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
