Before you submit
IENET 2026 accepts original, unpublished papers in English. Please prepare the manuscript and the two required files before entering the online submission system.
Manuscript preparation
Your paper should clearly present the research problem, method, main results and contribution. Manuscripts must contain at least four pages. Download the conference paper template.
Submit only work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Detailed formatting specifications and the official template will be announced through the conference website.
Submission and publication policy
- Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration for oral or poster presentation.
- A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
- Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been published previously. Authors may use CrossCheck, Turnitin or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
- Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with attention to models, data, experiments and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
Publication and indexing
IENET 2026 is an IEEE conference. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers that meet the publisher's requirements will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the conference proceedings, inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and indexing by EI Compendex and Scopus. Final publication and indexing outcomes are subject to the relevant publisher and database policies.

Online submission

- Submit online.Use the official IENET 2026 submission system to upload the files.
- Keep the submission record.Retain the system confirmation for later correspondence with the Secretariat.
- Await peer review.Submissions are independently reviewed for quality, originality and relevance.
