About IENET 2025
近数十年来,全球科技革新与能源转型步伐不断加快,智能电气技术与新能源开发的深度融合已成为推动绿色低碳发展的核心驱动力。在此背景下,为进一步凝聚学术共识、促进产业协同,首届智能电气与新能源技术国际会议(IENET 2025)将于2025年12月20日在九省通衢、科创沃土——中国·武汉盛大启幕。
作为该领域具有国际影响力的学术盛会,本次会议将聚焦“智能电气-新能源技术”两大前沿方向,深度探讨智能感知与控制、高效储能技术、氢能综合利用、电力电子装备、能源互联网架构等关键议题。会议致力于搭建“产学研用”协同创新平台,汇聚全球顶尖学者、行业领袖、技术先锋与创新企业,通过主题报告、专题论坛、技术展览、项目对接等形式,推动跨学科交叉融合与产学研深度耦合,助力实现“双碳”目标下的能源技术革命与产业生态重构。

Over recent decades, global technological innovation and energy transition have accelerated continuously. The deep integration of intelligent electrical technology and new energy development has become a core driving force for green and low-carbon development. Against this backdrop, the inaugural International Conference on Intelligent Electrification and New Energy Technologies (IENET 2025) will be grandly held in Wuhan, China from December 20 to 21, 2025.
The conference will focus on two cutting-edge directions: "Smart Electrical" and "New Energy Technologies." It will delve into key topics such as intelligent sensing and control, high-efficiency energy storage technologies, hydrogen energy utilization, power electronic equipment, and energy internet architecture.

简介:丹麦奥尔堡大学教授、丹麦技术科学学院院士及副院长,曾担任IEEE电力电子学会主席、电力电子领域著名国际期刊IEEE Trans. Power Electron.主编。Frede教授在电力电子及新能源发电领域发表了600余篇论文,荣获33个IEEE优秀论文奖、IEEE杰出服务奖、EPE-PEMC理事会奖、IEEE William E. Newell奖、Villum Kann Rasmussen奖、全球能源奖、以及IEEE Edison奖等。自2014年起,Frede教授被汤森路透社评选为全球工程领域引用最高的250位学者之一。 Bio: Professor at Aalborg University in Denmark, Academician and Vice President of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences, former President of the IEEE Power Electronics Society, and former Editor-in-Chief of the renowned international journal IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics in the field of power electronics. Professor Frede has published over 600 papers in the fields of power electronics and renewable energy generation, and has received numerous awards, including 33 IEEE Best Paper Awards, the IEEE Distinguished Service Award, the EPE-PEMC Council Award, the IEEE William E. Newell Award, the Villum Kann Rasmussen Award, the Global Energy Prize, and the IEEE Edison Medal. Since 2014, Professor Frede has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as one of the top 250 most-cited scholars globally in the field of engineering.

简介:教育部长江学者,IET Fellow,华中科技大学电气学院二级教授,博士生导师,新型电机与特种电磁装备教育部工程中心主任,强电磁教育部协同创新中心常务副主任。机械工业协会高等工程教育电机专委会副主任,全国信息产业用微特电机及组件标委会委员,IEEE PES 电动汽车电驱动分委会常务理事,湖北省电机工程学会副理事长,湖北省新能源发展促进会副理事长。担任国家重点研发计划项目“载运装备直驱电气传动技术”首席科学家,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目5项、国家重点研发计划1项、国家重大科技专项2项、国家支撑计划1项、省部委重点项目与校企攻关课题30余项。获湖北省科技进步一等奖3项、中国电力科学技术进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖等荣誉。
Bio:He is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, IET Fellow, and Second-Level Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He serves as Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the MOE Engineering Center for New Electric Machines and Special Electromagnetic Equipment, and Executive Deputy Director of the MOE Collaborative Innovation Center for Strong Electromagnetics. His professional roles include Deputy Director of the Motor Committee of the Mechanical Industry Association for Higher Engineering Education, member of the National Technical Committee for Micro-Special Motors and Components, Executive Director of the IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Electric Drive Subcommittee, and Vice President of both the Hubei Society for Electrical Engineering and the Hubei New Energy Development Promotion Association.
He is the Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program “Direct-Drive Electric Propulsion Technology for Transport Equipment,” and has led five NSFC Key Projects, one National Key R&D Program, two National Major Science and Technology Projects, one National Support Program, and over 30 provincial and industry-collaborative projects.
He has received three First Prizes of the Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the China Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award, the Special Prize of the China General Chamber of Commerce Science and Technology Progress Award, and the First Prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, among other distinctions.

简介:同济大学教授、博士生导师,磁浮技术铁路行业重点实验室常务副主任,兼任中国电源学会常务理事,交通电气化专委会副主任委员等。主要研究方向为车用电机驱动系统及控制、新能源发电技术及控制、高速磁浮列车牵引系统及控制等。主编国家级规划教材《电力电子技术》,参编《电力传动控制系统》、《新能源汽车电机技术与应用》等著作。发表学术论文160余篇,授权发明专利30余项,授权美国专利1项。研究成果曾获上海市技术发明奖二等奖、中国产学研促进会产学研合作创新奖等。曾获中国电源学会青年奖,同济大学育才奖一等奖,曹建猷教育奖等。 Bio: Professor at Tongji University and Executive Director of the Chinese Power Supply Society. His research covers automotive motor drives and high-speed maglev traction systems. He has edited the national textbook Power Electronics Technology, authored over 160 papers, and holds more than 30 patents. Awarded the Shanghai Technology Invention Award and the Chinese Power Supply Society Youth Award.

简介:湖北省人才计划专家,湖北省新能源动力电池工程技术研究中心主任,湖北省人工智能学会副理事长、湖北省电机工程学会电机专委会副主任,连续多年入选爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”、斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家“终身科学影响力榜单榜单”。主要从事电力电子与电力传动、控制理论与应用、新型电力系统等研究,是国际上重复控制技术及其应用于电力电子变流领域的研究先驱和领先研究者。曾主持和参加完成中国国家自然科学基金、英国EPSRC、863计划等重要课题数10项,发表英文专著1部、SCI期刊论文80余篇, SCI被引总数近5000次,已获国内外技术发明专利授权10多项。 Bio: Distinguished Expert of the Hubei Provincial Talent Program, Director of the Hubei Provincial New Energy Power Battery Engineering Technology Research Center, Vice President of the Hubei Association for Artificial Intelligence, and Deputy Director of the Motor Committee of the Hubei Society for Electrical Engineering. He has been consistently recognized as a "Highly Cited Chinese Researcher" by Elsevier and included in Stanford University's "World's Top 2% Scientists" list for career-long scientific impact. His research focuses on power electronics and electrical drives, control theory and applications, and novel power systems. He is an international pioneer and leading researcher in repetitive control technology and its application in power electronic conversion. He has led and participated in numerous key projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the UK's EPSRC, and the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program). His publications include one English monograph and over 80 SCI-indexed papers, with total citations nearing 5,000. He also holds more than 10 authorized domestic and international patents.

简介:华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院教授,博导;航空航天学院兼职教授。美国普林斯顿大学机械与航天航空系高级访问学者。从事凝聚态燃料燃烧气化理论与技术,油气、煤燃料/生物质/油燃料电池,清洁高效能源系统,流体机械与工程等方面的研究工作三十余年。致力于高压下的燃烧气化反应机理、着火与低NOx燃烧器、结焦结渣控制与燃烧装置的研究;清洁高效燃料电池堆系统及分布式能源的开发研究,在煤、生物质燃料电池的研究方面处于国际前沿;地铁/隧道/建筑/井巷通风与火灾防治及装备是传统强项。主持及参与国家级、省部级科研项目多项,包括国家自然科学基金、重点研发计划等,发表论文100余篇,获授权发明专利16项。 Bio: Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Adjunct Professor at the School of Aerospace Engineering. Served as a Senior Visiting Scholar in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University, USA. With over thirty years of research experience, his work focuses on the theory and technology of condensed fuel combustion and gasification, oil and gas/coal fuel/biomass/fuel cells, clean and efficient energy systems, as well as fluid machinery and engineering. His research is dedicated to the mechanisms of combustion and gasification reactions under high pressure, ignition and low-NOx burners, control of coking and slagging, and combustion equipment design. He also leads cutting-edge international research on clean and efficient fuel cell stack systems and distributed energy, particularly in coal and biomass fuel cells. Additionally, ventilation and fire prevention in subways/tunnels/buildings/mine tunnels, along with related equipment, represent a traditional strength of his work. He has presided over and participated in multiple national and provincial-level research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key national R&D programs. He has published over 100 research papers and holds 16 authorized invention patents.

简介:俄罗斯ITMO大学纳米光子学与超材料系助理教授与高级研究员,其研究聚焦于非线性光学与纳米光子学的前沿交叉领域,特别是金属有机框架材料及生物材料的光学特性,致力于开发基于全电介质纳米光子学、分子传感与先进光子学器件的新方法与新原理。他在《Advanced Science》、《Advanced Materials》、《Nano Letters》、《Chemical Society Reviews》等高影响力期刊上发表了多篇重要论文,其具体研究方向涵盖金属有机框架光子学、激光打印纳米结构、生物分子光学传感、混合纳米腔器件等多个创新主题。凭借一系列突出成果,他获得了包括俄罗斯科学院奖章(2018年)和Scopus俄罗斯“高被引青年学者奖”(2018年)在内的多项荣誉,作为负责人或共同负责人获得科研资助累计约100万欧元,其工作在国际合作中持续推动着光功能材料与纳米技术的前沿发展。 Bio: Dr.Valentin Milichko is currently an Assistant Professor and Senior Research Scientist in the Department of Nanophotonics and Metamaterials at ITMO University, Russia. His research focuses on the interdisciplinary frontier of nonlinear optics and nanophotonics, particularly the optical properties of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and biomaterials. He is dedicated to developing novel methods and principles based on all-dielectric nanophotonics, molecular sensing, and advanced photonic devices. He has published multiple significant papers in high-impact journals such as Advanced Science, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, and Chemical Society Reviews. His specific research directions encompass innovative topics including MOF photonics, laser-printed nanostructures, biomolecular optical sensing, and hybrid nanocavity devices. Owing to a series of outstanding achievements, he has received numerous honors, including the Medal of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2018) and the Scopus Awards Russia "Most Cited Young Researcher" (2018). As a principal investigator or co-investigator, he has secured research funding totaling approximately 1 million euros. His work, sustained through international collaboration, continues to advance the frontiers of optical functional materials and nanotechnology.

简介:江西科技大学副教授。他于印度萨维特里巴伊·普勒浦那大学(前浦那大学)获得电子科学博士学位,是电气电子工程师学会(IEEE)高级会员、国际计算机学会(ACM)专业会员以及印度仪器学会终身会员。莫沙耶迪博士已发表100余篇研究论文,撰写4部专著,参编4部书籍章节,并拥有2项专利和16项软件著作权。他长期担任多个国际会议的技术程序委员会委员和分会主席。目前,他的研究聚焦于机器人领域,重点致力于自动导引车(AGV)的开发及其在智慧农业、食品配送与养老护理等场景的应用。 Bio: Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly the University of Pune), India. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Professional Member of ACM, and a Life Member of the Instrument Society of India.Dr. Moshayedi has published over 100 research papers, authored 4 books, contributed to 4 book chapters, and holds 2 patents and 16 copyrights. He actively serves as a technical program committee member and session chair for numerous international conferences. His current research focuses on robotics, particularly the development of autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) for applications such as smart farming, food delivery and elderly care.

所有的投稿都必须经过1-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 IEEE 出版,出版后将提交IEEE Xplore,EI Compendex和Scopus检索。
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 1 to 3 Technical Program Committee members. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
- EI会议论文不得少于4页。 (下载论文模板)
- EI conference papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template)
- 每篇录用的论文可享受一名免费参会(口头报告或海报展示)的名额。
- Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
- 付款后因个人原因撤稿,将收取服务费(版面费的30%)。
- A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
- 论文应具有学术或实用价值,未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过,作者可通过CrossCheck、Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重。
- Papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published previously. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
- 论文需满足EI检索基本稿件要求,在论文表述上务必侧重于模型,数据,实验,数据分析等,出版社对论文录用具有最终决定权。
- Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with a focus on models, data, experiments, and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
